That’s some fine city planning there Lou!

Quite possibly the biggest waste of city $ ever. Right down the street from my house, apparently they thought it was important to place a stop sign on a dead end street. Should I stop? Are you sure?
Additionally, it implies that if you look both ways & no one is coming, you are free to continue driving straight into the intercoastal.
